  • Define the recruitment strategy 0+0 with the eD2C Manager and the Brand Directors
  • Optimize D2C customer path, for own e-commerce shops and physical stores, with focus on contactability.
  • Build strong brand value proposition and implement on all touchpoints in collaboration with training, retail, customer care & e-commerce.
  • Optimize & strategize recruitment through sampling. 
  • Build CRM animation plan according to eD2C and stores animation plan and to L’Oréal Group strategy and KPIs.
  • Operational implementation of all omnichannel CRM campaign (Email, print, SMS, social, push notification...), from brief to delivery.
  • Personalize campaigns.
  • Set up advanced segmentation: differentiated communication according to segments (customer/prospects/VIP,..)
  • Define the A/B test plan throughout the year to improve the campaign impact. 
  • Brief CRM agency (responsible for: workflows setup, workflows UATS)
  • Trigger excellence: define customer path, optimize, personalize & develop automated communication with CRM.
  • No loyalty program: Develop consumer engagement & retention through the implementation of VIP/reward program.
  • With loyalty program: Manage reward mechanism, reward catalogue, program animation, upskilling KCR/BA’S 
  • Regular monitoring and follow-up of metrics (1P data acquisition, retention, engagement, RFM, CLV/LTV, clicks/visits/sales, frequency, 100% triggers implementation,…)
  • Detect best practices & optimize communications O+0 strategy.
  • NPS monitoring:  Customer path/compartmental customer analyze. 



  • University graduate.
  • Min 2 years of experience in CRM or data operations and analytics related field.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office software, particularly MS Excel and MS Power Point, and skilled in data manipulation.
  • Familiar with customer segmentation and personalized marketing practices.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of beauty & customer behavior.
  • Experience in doing CRM in relation with brands having D2Cs (ecommerce shops & own brand stores) is a plus.
