Reporting directly to the CRM & CX Directly and working in the CRM&X team, the successful candidate will be a dynamic and driven professional with strong commercial skills, savvy project management skills and strong stakeholder management skills. Key for this role is the in-depth understanding development of how to shape and lead the customer loyalty retention strategy and roadmap across all L’Oreal Direct to Consumer Brands with existing programs and on-going launch of new programs.

As the CRM Loyalty analyst, you will:

• Lead the development of the documentation for the existing loyalty programs, promote best practice within loyalty and constantly look to improve processes and procedures.

• Work with brand and CRM team to drive Lifecycle Design including customer journey planning, segmentation and modelling, campaign planning and delivery, promotional program coordination.

• Ensure agency partners are engaged and working effectively.

• Coach and motivate the business to understand how to deliver consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver personalised marketing programs.

• Project manage the development of yearly loyalty roadmaps including performance enhancement and optimization, analytics implementation additions and enhancements

• Build and prepare a suite of reports to identify and monitor the programs success including the monitoring and implementation of (detective controls) to prevent the exploitation of the existing program including fraud detection inline with group policies.

• Build an escalation frame work with a fast response times in case of incidence of fraud or excessive earn and burn scenarios inline with group policy.


• The successful candidate will be a enthusiastic individual who will bring a wealth of experience in one of the following spaces: Finance, CRM and or FMCG Loyalty programs with a strong analytical background.

• Strong experience in compliance and reporting development

• Data Driven marketing, automation and personalization skills would be ideal but not mandatory. We are willing to upskill and support the right candidate.

• The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a can-do attitude. They will have strong stakeholder and project management

• Have ability to influence and gain outcomes required to achieve compliance framework alignment.
