Within the EMEA IT team, the CRM domain provides development, maintenance and rollout of CRM solutions for all countries of EMEA Zone. In the context of new projects, major for the Group, new challenges around the Data, the CRM Domain wants to strengthen. This is an innovative field, in full growth. You will work in a dynamic and diverse context, offering a wide range of motivating responsibilities, varied missions and strategic projects.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN A NUTSHELL!

We can summarize your missions in 3 main objectives:

  • Leading a software development team (around 10 people & 4 different technologies) throughout the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and alignment of the technical direction. (70% Build),  
  • Give visibility of development efforts, provide regular insights through metrics, charts, and status report and share key insights to Product Managers on the progress of initiatives/features from design to delivery,
  • Define and shape the products technical solution providing a strong technical direction, establishing a technical vision, mediating technical debates and managing the technical quality of team deliverables (30% Tech lead support).

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have significant experience

  • In development – background as a developer. Knowledge on how to write code and what good quality code looks like Python, Java, JavaScript, Sql, Kafka
  • In architecture – Tech Lead must have a broader understanding of how software fits into the overall system. He needs a good understanding about how software will be deployed, managed and operated in a production environment.
  • In leadership – good leadership skills (coaching, influencing and delegation)
  • In GCP, AirflowDataflowDataStage 
  • In script: Bash, Shell (SQL is required)

And finally, you may not be an expert with all requirements listed below, however, you must show curiosity in Power BI / Adobe Campaign / MongoDB.
