Within the Department of Human and Environmental Predictive Technologies, we are seeking a Laboratory Group Manager (M/F) for the Environmental area. You will work in close collaboration with the Human Predictive Technologies, Environmental Safety, Sustainable Development, Analysis, and Digital teams.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Supervise the 2 laboratories integrating the fate and effects on the environment
- Lead the methodological development required to anticipate regulations and meet our sustainable development commitments
- Participate in the development of the strategy and manage our research programs
- Supervise the management of outsourced environmental tests Identify ad hoc scientific partners, propose and manage external collaborations
- Participate as an expert in international working groups
Your assets for success:
- Education, level of study: Minimum Master's degree (Bac +5) in Ecotoxicology or Environmental Assessment Professional experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a laboratory manager in environment and/or environmental assessment
- Required scientific/technical skills: Ecotoxicology, knowledge of standardized tests to measure the effects and fate of chemical substances in the environment Development of laboratory methods to study the environmental impact of chemical substances, particularly on aquatic environments, combining analysis and digital technology Mastery of environmental risk assessment methods. Knowledge of environmental regulations (REACH, CLP, etc.). Experience in laboratory management Mastery of statistical, IT and computational tools.
