In compliance with current cosmetics regulations and L'Oréal's general policy, you will be responsible at an international level for the appropriate monitoring, evaluation, and communication of post marketing safety data for marketed products.

Your main responsibilities : 
  • Collection, Thorough documentation and call back to consumers, monitoring and assessment of undesirable effects reported with marketed cosmetic products. 
  • Regular monitoring and reviews of cosmetovigilance data, or data from other vigilances, pertaining to sensitive products/formulas or products under close monitoring.
  • Documentation, analysis and escalating the alerts to the vigilance management.
  • Interaction with the members of the international vigilance network and scientific support, when needed
  • Awareness-raising, training and transmission of relevant information to the departments concerned by vigilance issues (research laboratories, regulatory staff, consumer centers, marketing)
  • Integrating the department’s quality policy. 
  • Analysis and internal distribution of scientific literature.
  • Support in reviewing information for consumers (e.g. leaflets, packaging), when necessary.


Qualification SKILLS

  • Good analytical skills, ability to anticipate, detect and assess risks.
  • Thorough management of files, in keeping with the procedures and regulations. 
  • Ability to read, write and communicate on complex scientific information, reports and memos in English.
  • Good listening and communications skills, ability to adapt communications to different audiences in exchanges with the company’s internal clients and with external consumers/contacts.
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and international team.



Your profile : 
  • Pharm. D.  or other healthcare provider with experience in the field of vigilance (cosmetovigilance and/or pharmacovigilance)
  • English fluent
  • Proficiency in IT tools
