Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Account (SDM & LCL) Revenue Growth Manager is in charge of implementing the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy and processes and is responsible for monitoring results according to established goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize account brand plans to improve revenue growth via pricing, promotion and portfolio management for both L’Oreal Brands & Account (Retail Partner).
- Review and improve profitability of key promotions and commercial activities with Kam Team.
- Key actor in establishing sales, growth and revenue yearly plan with Kam Team, Finance Team & Commercial Director.
- Monthly tracking of revenue improvement with the Kam Team, Finance Team & Commercial Director.
- Share best practices and align priorities with RGM division group.
- Monthly tracking of revenue growth improvement with the Retail Partner (SDM/LCL).
Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of financial levers (Price, Promotion, Assortment, Stock turns, Media) to create growth and value at Brand & Retail Partner level.
- Capable of leading and rallying transversal and multi-functional teams (KAM, Finance, Marketing, RGM) to improve capability of the Account Team to deliver revenue growth targets.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics on/off-line and consumer trends in packaged goods to anticipate challenges and opportunities to grow revenues.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in administration and / or relevant equivalent experience;
- 5+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry or equivalent role.

- Financial acumen, strong strategic analysis capacity and ability to solve problems;
- Have a team spirit and interact effectively with cross functional teams and different levels of the organization;
