[Job Overview]

Create, drive and lead the MARKET INSIGHTS AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE into the growth strategy of the business and be accountable for the quality of the results


  • Create, drive, and lead the market insight and business intelligence (incl. consumer, product, channel, and media)
    • Build the market insight and business intelligence by prioritizing, selecting key topics and mobilizing the right resources
    • Leverage 360 analyses of key topics to highlight strategic recommendations and promote data insights (Market data consolidation, Panels follow-up, Brand and category evolution, Opportunity of growth) based decision making
  • Communicate, promote, influence at the right level in the organization to impact business decisions

Ÿ   Upskill division & brands by sharing market insights and business intelligence expertise: introduce innovation and leverage internal and external benchmarking and networking (Agencies and other external partners)

Ÿ   Lead important projects, governance, tools and methods for each key market topic (benchmark etc) based on division needs


Ÿ   Education:

u  Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields

u  Business School is preferred

      • Strong strategic & analytical thinking and communication skills
      • Strong presentation and organization skills
      • Strong problem-solving ability in both business and technical level
