Your mission…

As the Business Development Graduate, you will be responsible for ensuring best in class execution of exciting new launches from the largest beauty company in the world. During the 12-month program, you will have a central role in the team dealing with prestigious international brands such as L´Oréal Paris, Garnier and La Provencale Bio. The role reports to the Skin Care Category Manager for the Norwegian Market.

You will...  

  • Support the business development team in the execution of the go-to-market strategy
  • Act as the referral in the knowledge of country specific needs and practices
  • Assist in the category retailer campaign plan and design
  • Provide local inputs (trends, competition, retailer opportunities etc.)
  • Adapt layout and localization needs
  • Manage and analyse local in-store visual needs
  • Ensure category maximization and best in class execution
  • Gather and analyse local relevant data and share best practices with the Nordic team

You are...

  • Marketing, Communication, Branding, Innovation or similar
  • You are fluent and have excellent communication skills in English and one Nordic language
  • You have strong organizational skills: ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority and good time management
  • You are able to manage several projects and stakeholders simultaneously and independently, and can create structure in our dynamic way of working
  • You are able to challenge the status quo and think out of the box
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and dare to take responsibility
  • You are a pro-active team player with a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a strong interest in branding. Hands-on experience within the FMCG industry is seen as an advantage
