  • Being part of Active Cosmetics Division - Pharmacy Channel and directly reports to the Business Development Manager
  • Responsible for providing consultancy service to Pharmacists on digitalization, professionalization, merchandising and category development
  • Analyzing market data, competition and creates concrete actions plans with sales team
  • Managing annual sell-out budget according to company's priorities and accounts' business objectives.
  • Negotiating and monitoring key accounts' JBPs.
  • Joining category management related customer meetings with Business Development Manager and track field executions


  • 4 years university degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in category development and sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in pharmacy, OTC, or dermocosmetic industry is an asset
  • Knowledge of skin care or personal care is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
  • Advanced level of MS Office Applications
  • B class driving license
