(Junior) Brand Engagement Manager CeraVe

On the role you will:

  • Plan, design and manage social interactions across Brand’s digital channels (digital campaigns, social media & influencers) to increase brand visibility and strengthen brand image of our dermocosmetic CeraVe brand
  • Define and Enhance the Brand Social presence. In collaboration with Marketing, you will assist with the creation and presentation of Social Media strategy (incl. influencer marketing tools) and integrated marketing campaigns based on customer social media analytical data 
  • Interact with consumers and health care professionals. You will participate in the development of real-time marketing content based on monitoring social media, flagging opportunities, and formulating plans with internal and external stakeholders. You will work with our medical department to shape medical communication strategies and help placing our brand as a genuine & helpful partner of the dermocosmetics social ecosystem
  • Plan and manage the brand online social and digital media activity
  • Provide internal stakeholders with detailed feedbacks regarding social discussions
  • Role is divided to 1/3 work on digital campaigns in collaboration with Product Manager and 2/3 advocacy/engagement focusing on brand social media and influencers’ actions

You’re the perfect match if you have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, where power brands are part of your everyday work and you like to discover new marketing tools and are always eager to put them in use
  • Experience in working on dermocosmetics and/or in medical industry, it will be an important asset
  • Experience in creating and executing social media and digital strategy
  • At least some affinity with social campaign management also with influencers management
  • Consumer-centric approach and know how to build equity through social interactions
  • Flexible, self-motivated, decision-maker, result and business oriented approach
  • Strong communication and networking skills – You like to work with people and you see yourself as a team player
  • Digital savvy and creative innovation seeker mindset with optimistic and can-do attitude
  • Fluency in both Polish and English
