REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager- Accounts




This position is within the sales team at NYX Professional Makeup supporting the Head Office in El Segundo, CA in Los Angeles County in a hybrid office environment capitalizing on the best of both worlds. The Sales Analyst is crucial in accelerating sales in our strategic mass retailer partners Target and Wal Mart. Reporting to the Omni Team Lead, this role is an OMNI role focusing both on accelerating in store and ecommerce sales for NYX Professional Makeup, a division of L’Oreal USA. Responsibilities include working cross-functionally to drive sales, building analytical report, set up and maintenance of SKU catalog, internal and external meeting preparation and has opportunity for advancement. The sales team is dynamic, online to offline, customer champions, consumer driven, and beauty focused. 




  • Maintains all reporting needed to run the business including sending weekly sales report.
  • Builds analysis of sales fundamentals in order to gain share at account and help identify gaps and opportunities. Develops reporting for all initiatives and key opportunities. Example: top door analysis, new item and hero item evaluation
  • Enters WRIKE requests, shop orders and samples to retailer
  • Manages setup and maintenance of PDP’s (online content), and works with BAM and Bazaarvoice.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve SEO optimization with assets and copy on PDPs to increase discoverability. 
  • Creation of retailer specific POS reporting through Retail Link/Luminate and Target Partners Online
  • Completing all retailer paperwork such as display proposal forms and add/delete template.
  • Supports team with brand selling stories, tracking performance, and meeting prep
  • Manages all new item setup, discontinued items, price increases in retailer’s portal
  • Works with Demand Planning to secure inventory for display creation
  • Maintain CPD master items lists for NYX brand.
  • Supports new item completion forms for department stores.





  • Educational Degree(s) – Business Major, preferably 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • 2+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods industry
  • Preferred 2+ years’ experience with Wal Mart or Target

Salary Range: 64k - 85k + corporate bonus & benefits
