CONTEXT
The HR function is an incubator of talent where brilliant minds are found, recruited, and developed, supporting the business from the very core.
Today, the HR function is meeting multiple challenges: a labor market in continuous transformation, with the new ways of working and employees’ expectations, digitization, and new emerging technologies. New players appear that propose new services and solutions that are shaking up the traditional suppliers. LOréal's transformation needs agile workforce, attraction, and retention of the best talents with new or specific skills.
To support the HR function, Corporate (Headquarters & Divisions) we are looking for a buyer on HR Services Sourcing.
ROLES & RESPONSABILITIES
Based in RIO (Clichy), he/she will have as core responsibilities under supervision of the Team Manager on:
Responding to needs:
o understanding the expectations of stakeholders
o Supporting and managing the network of stakeholders, understanding their needs and giving recommendation and challenging them if needed, building and developing the "One Voice" sourcing process
o steering the price request, negotiation, and supplier allocation process according to the performance pillars
Optimizing relationships with suppliers and applying the purchasing strategy applicable to its scope:
o Managing supplier relationships and performance daily
o Developing category benchmarks on the perimeter
o Participating actively to build the category strategy to be ready for My Market (the “Amazon” Indirect Sourcing buying portal)
Conducting global performance and contributing to reach the category objectives
o Improves cost and delivers performance (Budget & Trend)
o Operates in accordance with the principles of internal control and compliance
o Assess and manages risk
o Integrates and promotes LFTF stakes
PROFILE:
- Purchasing skills 5 years (background and/or experience Indirect Sourcing is a plus)
- English proficiency
- Mastery of Office Pack
- The candidate will be rigorous, analytic, curious, with a strong team spirit, able to challenge the status Quo, stakeholders & suppliers, customer focus
- Ability to present in a synthetic way a complex topic
