As the B2C E-Commerce and retail Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Omnichannel Commercial Director. Your main mission will be to develop the Division´s B2C channel and deliver sustainable growth in market share and turnover.


Your areas of responsibility will include:


  • establishing a strong presence in the professional hair care category and leveraging PPD brands with B2C clients 
  • Building and achieving channel/group of accounts results + online channel (turnover, market share, profit) to develop the category in respect of selective distribution.                         
  • Consolidating budget and P&L, in charge of gross margin, ensuring full compliance with the European commercial guidelines.
  • Piloting the channel's negotiation and rollout by the team
  • Developing customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall consumer path to purchase analysis. 
  • Driving relationships with clients to ensure synergies between the PPD brand's own digital activities and those of the clients.
  • Building and adapting strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverage best practices across geographies
  • Ensuring that the brand's presence and journey online are consistent with overall brand standards and strategies
  • Lead the B2C E-commerce and retail Team, develop talents and experts in B2C omnichannel engagement.





The B2C   E-Commerce & Retail Manager will lead a passionate and driven Team and support them by defining a strategic frame, to be further translated into specific activation plans.  As a leader, you will be responsible for creating an environment that fosters exchanges of best practices, test and learn approach, and entrepreneurial spirit. Your objective will be to develop each member of your team and build motivating career paths.

  • You are an effective communicator and have a rich track record of delivering strategic presentations to various audiences. 
  • You have strong organizational skills, keep focus on the objective, and remain agile in the face of unpredictable and unstable circumstances. 
  • You have experience in leading diverse teams, and you foster team spirit
  • Expert with more than 5 years of experience in brand building, consumer journey activation, sales, or e-commerce. Know-how and experience related to selective retail will be a strong asset.
  • Fluent in English
