Your role

Onboarding key accounts within our B2B business (e.g. chains, top salons), ensuring a seamless adoption and utilization of our brands, innovations and services, manage and follow-up activation plans & campaigns to drive long-term customer and consumer engagement.

I am mainly responsible for the implementation and follow-up (return on investments) of growth joint business plans on strategic key account internally and externally. 


Your responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and follow-up detailed Online+Offline activation plans & expertise (growth joint business plans) tailored to Chains, Top 100 Salons and preferred Indirect partners, by visiting these accounts to drive sell-out growth and return on investment
  • Develop and maintain (in addition to the Key Account Managers, Field Level Sales Managers and Business Partners ), relationships with key account clients & strategic salons to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term engagement, strong involvement with key account managers and field level sales manager in the negotiation process to secure (structural) activation counterparts
  • Closely collaborate, set-up briefings, and align with the key account managers, field level sales managers, brand activation managers, education, and customer support teams on account activation efforts & trade marketing budgets (brand portfolio, assortment, innovations, merchandizing, promotion plan) based on turnover & profitability objectives  
  • Ensure customer education sessions and workshops are well embedded in each customer point of sale on product usage, product innovations and best practices
  • Develop, track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of activation strategies and make data-driven adjustments
  • In-depth market knowledge and understanding of B2B and B2C market dynamics & trends to develop customer and consumer engagement and brand desirability
  • Address any issues or challenges during the activation process, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Gather customer feedback on activation processes, customer P&L developments, and product experiences to advise internal improvements and service enhancements
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account activation progress, performance metrics, and key insights to senior management
  • Share best practices in indirect, chains, and top 100 salons activation with the brands, education and omnichannel commercial teams
  • Operationalize Joint Business Plans: Work in collaboration with the brands teams, and channel leads to define tailored joint business plans for Chains, Top 100 Salons and preferred Indirect partners expecting the brands and omnichannel frame. Furthermore, deliver perfect execution of online and offline plans to drive sell out targets.

 

Your competencies

  • Proficiency in planning, executing, and overseeing activation projects to ensure timely and successful implementation
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey information and collaborate with customers and internal teams
  • Capability to analyze data and performance metrics to assess the success of activation strategies and make informed decisions
  • Expertise in identifying issues and developing effective solutions to ensure a smooth activation process for strategic accounts
  • A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Sufficient Retail, Merchandizing and trade marketing expertise + budget intelligence to drive customer and consumer engagement


Our ideal candidate 

  • Has at least 4 years of fulltime work experience 
  • Speaks fluent English and preferably Dutch
