Job description 

l  Festival

1.   Full channel festival plan, design and implement yearly/quarterly/monthly festival campaign calendar.

2.         Lead platform festival activity plan to improve both business result and consumer experience.

3.         Develop new sales opportunities to accelerate business size and enlarge business share.

4.         connect and work close with MKT and KA.

l  Report 

1.       Create KPI of each type of festival 

2.       Tracking result and adjust mechanism as well 

3.   Competitors study in festival

l  Requirement  

1、  Above 3 years, E-MKT or MKT background.

2、  Great communication skill and good creative ideas.

3、  Essential knowledge of Tmall and JD analytical tools is a plus.
