·       EC media performance overview & strategic consulting on overall resource allocation (outside media, inside media, outside KOL, inside live-streaming, Taobaoke,…) especially during EC promotion festival

·       Media mix analysis and recommendation for 6.16/11.11

·       Coordinating internal/external consumer engagement resource synergy with data bank and right phasing to build up healthy AIPL

  • Develop initiatives for EC media innovation through AI and data technology to continues drive higher performance and operation efficiency
  • Set up solid KPI frame with business thinking and  well apply it to EC media mix that fit campaign design/objective
  • Collaborate with cross function lines include brand EC team, crop CDO team, Buycoor to conduct pilot campaign and on-going optimization.
  • Analysis on campaign performance from both EC media efficiency and business impact prospective and to build best POCs.
  • share the learnings/findings on regular basis, workout action plan for the POCs rollout across brands.


  • Experience in EC media
    • EC store media annual/ monthly phasing planning
    • Blockbuster/ new product launch
    • Understand EC business model and the mechanism of EC festival
    • Optimization on EC formats (know-how)
    • Understand EC media account operation
    • Ali DMP, Data Bank, SYCM
