Tiktok media operation and innovation

-          Set up solid KPI frame with business thinking and well apply to campaign design.

-          Lead Tiktok marketing science projects (e.g. 云图, Eco-system media efficiency study & Co-modelling,)  to build best practice and roll out the learnings

-          Collaborate with cross function lines include brand EC team, brand Marketing team and Vendors to conduct campaigns and on-going optimization

Tmall Consumer Assets Operation & Insights

-          Deep understand brand TA profile, and build-up TA strategy for each campaign (with Ali Data tool databank, Strategy Center & SYCM).

-          Keep monitoring consumer change within Ali eco system, and provide solution to recruit new & maintain existing consumers.

-          Activate consumer assets across media platform with media mix strategy, breakthrough the block between outsite (OTV / Display / RTB / Social) & insite EC media to reach the limit of ROI.
