Assistant Manager, Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Recruitment Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter to support our Recruitment Intelligence team in candidate sourcing and development for corporate and select remote locations. This position is located in our Hudson Yards office in New York City.


What you will do:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the recruitment partners in managing high visibility, tough-to-fill roles in candidate sourcing, pre-qualification screenings, and development
  • Be responsible for maintaining and growing newly created pipelines across multiple functions
  • Activate pipelining initiatives to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of openings in targeted functional areas
  • Stay alert to and communicate any current candidate trends or competitive and market intelligence
  • Maintain CRM and ATS compliance to support our digital workplace through data integrity, data privacy and reporting
  • Innovate and elevate our corporate recruitment team through trainings and modern digital recruitment strategies including social media recruitment, digital recruitment campaigns and content creation
  • Coordinate global strategic projects and initiatives with our global partners in Paris and peers in other countries and zones
  • Flex to manage full lifecycle recruiting roles (marketing, sales, creative, research & development and operations in the immediate timeframe) and supporting Campus Recruitment initiatives as needed

  • A sourcing expert to identify and screen candidates for our open and anticipated roles
  • Someone who is a self-starter and can flex their recruitment talents across several different specialties, often with no overlap
  • Someone who understands and can demonstrate the importance of a superb candidate & client experience
  • A doer and someone passionate about search and discovering that hard-to-find talent
  • Given our ever-shifting priorities, it would be awesome if you were flexible and can quickly shift gears to meet the needs of our recruiters
  • We use Avature as our Applicant Tracking System and, while it would be great if you had experience in using the system, it is not required; experience working with any Applicant Tracking System would ideal


What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years within an office setting environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • High proficiency in integrated systems such as CRM and ATS strongly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience including presentation building skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive date and information on a regular basis
