What You Will Learn: 

L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty (LBD) is looking for a passionate bright & analytical candidate to join the commercial team responsible for the Amazon business in the U.S.  

Gain a strong foundation in e-commerce and the beauty industry, working with leading skincare brands like CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, and Vichy on Amazon. Develop key skills in data analysis, project management, and collaboration with various teams across marketing, media, finance, social and supply chain. Launch your ecommerce career in a dynamic environment with opportunities for advancement. This position reports to the VP, Amazon Sales.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Ongoing maintenance of Amazon catalog across all LDB brands & creation of new items in catalog. 
• Support the VP with Agency Management on 3P Mitigation, Penalties, Shortage workstreams. 
• Support Directors on CeraVe , La Roche-Posay and Vichy on analyzing performance on key tentpole events, key projects and Apex /trade management tool inputs .
• Co-ordinates with CDMO ( Center of Excellence) on behalf of Amazon team on key requests.

• Co-ordinates with Media, Digital, Social teams , Amazon Ads, Supply Chain to consolidate information across all LDB brands to support VP on inputs across the Amazon platform.
• Organize learning agenda for the Amazon team in partnership with VP Amazon. 
• Provides vital support to the Amazon team , including purchase order creation and management for agencies, onboarding, and support for QBR, Innovation and key meetings .

What We Are Looking For: 

Required Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of digital, sales analyst or agency experience.
• Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with excellent attention to detail.
• Must have strong project management and autonomy competency to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
• High Proficiency in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong collaborator who can work with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Beauty, CPG, Amazon experience a plus. Open to candidates with agency experience.

Salary Range: $82,900 – 100,470  (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
