Key Job Accountabilities

To provide overall HRBP support to China Supply Chain employees.

  • Collaborate in the development of business plans and the achievement of business goals, Influence business leader in organizational design, leadership team building, performance management, promotion and incentive program design
  • Attract, select and identify talent, and direct career management and succession plans in order to develop the motivation and commitment of talent, to reinforce retention and to ensure optimization of skills within the Group.
  • Outline business issues for his/her unit in terms of HR issues and projects, anticipate and accompany operational requirements and organizational changes, acting as a business Partner.
  • Lead key talents identification, regular review, retaining, development and succession planning, competence and training needs analysis, ensure training plan smooth implementation.
  • Consolidate and analyze HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual reports for his/her area of activity, according to defined objectives.
  • Define, implement, continuously improve HR policies and procedures to support business needs and ensure all HR operations in compliance with local law/regulation, simplify and standardize HR process with effective implementation.
  • Implement other tasks assigned by HR Director according to requirements.


  • More than 5 years’ experience in HR function in MNC; FMCG experience is nice to have
  • 3+ years professional experience with full responsibility in HR overall management, including but not limited to HRBP, Organization Development, Recruitment, Performance Management, training, Compensation & Benefit, Broad knowledge of China employment law and HR standard practices
  • Strong ethical attitude and work with strong sense of responsibility, efficiency, good planning and good data sense.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast pace environment with high demands.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization especially leadership team
  • Transparent, trustworthy, passionate for the role, have strong sense of priority and rigorous working methods to align with and support the Corporate procedures, maintaining constant relationship with key stakeholders
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Out-look, PowerPoint, etc.); good command of Excel.
  • Knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
