1.       Market analysis: Keep close monitor of T-mall platform landscape changes, keep tracking shopper insights, social listening and implications to T-mall marketing strategy. 

2.       T-mall Campaign related: Deliver monthly campaign deck, responsible for campaign deck PK and follow-up execution. Especially need experience in celebrity livestream planning and execution.

3.       Closely working with KA and branding team, able to lead T-mall big window preparation ( 618,D11,Superbrand day)collaborate with cross function to settle resources and ensure business deliver.

4.       Review campaign resultanalysis from UV , consumer, social angle result and more aspects to optimize upcoming campaign plan.

5.       Insite content: monthly working with MCN provide KOL&KOC content to help in-site social seeding and continually tracking on result.
