Main Responsibilities:

1.     Develop and execute eComm marketing plan to drive new user acquisition and all levers (UV, Conversion, Basket Size) impacting sales (GMV) at brand flagship stores

2.     Lead a team of 2-3 members, maintain eComm Marketing Calendar management (activity phasing), Campaign planning for mega events (D11, 6.18, Super Brand Day) and monthly big or small events with communication with eComm KA and brand marketing team

3.     Deliver campaign plan, content page optimization, conduct campaign review, monthly KPI reviews, marketing intelligence update

4.     According to monthly business goal, develop KOL livestreaming plan, lead whole process of negotiating with KOL MCN for offer and commission to ensure productivity and support GMV

5.     Maintain and track e-marketing budget by category, actively made investment adjustment throughout the year according to latest business needs and key learnings from campaign effective analysis

6.     Keep close monitoring of eComm platform landscape changes, keep tracking shopper insights, and implications to eComm marketing strategy

7.     Work with Data Analytic team to deliver insights from eComm data tools
