  1. - Build and implement a 360° external&internal communication strategy with leader，which in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the entity.
  2. - Develop a creative communication plan with the leader and implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, brand events…. 
  3. - Manage media and key kols relations, including new media relations 
  4. - Develop the brand image and visibility locally: Adapt locally the corporate positioning of the Brand and develop local initiatives in line with the international strategy
  5. - Advise for internal and external speeches - Manage internal communication for the Brand
  6. - Build an internal communication plan in line with the external plan 
  7. - Develop the brand image internally 
  8. - Identify issues related to the brand and anticipate crisis 

  10. Excellent&Professional abilities to communicate internal&external
  11. Proven experience of Content Creation and Event Execution
  12. Fundamental working knowledge of Communications experience in Beauty industry
  13. Familiarity with a wide range of communication channels & mechanisms
  14. Self-Driven、Stay Agile and be Resilient
