In charge of execution of L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase and Shu Uemura commercial strategy in Slovakia to achieve sell-in, sell-out and distribution targets in traditional business channels, by focusing on the development and coaching of L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase and Shu Uemura commercial team and fostering cooperation between commercial team and Education & Brand marketing teams.


  • Apply and lead the commercial business strategy at the regional level to achieve L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase and Shu Uemura commercial KPI´s 

  • Develop, motivate and coach L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase and Shu Uemura Business Partners and KAM, sets targets, tracks KPI‘s and sets routing & activity frame. Recruit and manage his/her team, ensure the development of their expertise and know-how. Implement organisational changes
  • Execute Business analysis of the responsible area. Identify business opportunities and drive for actions to maximize selling opportunity
  • Develop trusting relationships with key customers in the region 
  • Contribute to and coordinate the winning of new key customers
  • Drive the performance of trade activities, merchandising and sales training in his/her  region
  • Support the modernisation of points of sale through the deployment of new services and Salon Emotion Business approach
  • Act as guarantor for the L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase and Shu Uemura image and policy in his/her region
  • Lead and facilitates participative team meetings/ monthly sales meetings
  • Consolidate customers responses and insights and feedback to brand team members
  • Maintain close cooperation between L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase and Shu Uemura sales team and Sales and Brand management 


  • Have at least 3 years of B to B sales experience 

  • Are interested in team leadership and team development (2 years leadership experience is an advantage)
  • Are responsible, self-organized with strong relationship, communication and negotiation skills
  • Have good analytical skills 
  • Are native Slovak or Czech speaker
  • Have Fluent English 
  • Want to progress professionally within L’Oréal PPD division
