The Mission:

Reporting to the channel director, the Area Sales Manager ensures the achievement of the development objectives of the geographical area of competence through the effective transfer of the company's sales policy, coordination and maximization of the potential of the sales figures present in the territory, in compliance with the assigned resources, strategic direction and company ethics.


Key Activities and Responsibilities

- Management and coordination of the new openings planned in the reference area.

-Development of the business figure through the monitoring of KPI's and the construction of short- and medium-term action plans.

- Application and verification of guidelines on Procedures, Service Model, Merchandising, Brand Image.

- Selection, training and development of its team.

- Correct circulation of information between the head office and the points of sale and vice versa.

- Developing and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

- Lead or participate in negotiations with retailers/customers on launches, space, location and stock. Establish and implement plan, including trade marketing / entertainment / merchandising / training.

- Pursue the strategic guidelines of the division.


Requirements and Skills

- Consolidated commercial experience of at least 5 years

- Passion for the world of beauty and cosmetics.

- Strong empathy and negotiating skills.

- Fluency in English.

- Full command of Excel and Power point.

- Ability to build positive, constructive relationships and strong ability to act as a reference for key stakeholders (marketing, sales, retail, customer services, supply, legal) and external parties.

- Strong skills in work organization and management of business priorities.

The role requires frequent travel and a driving license is necessary.
