The L’Oreal Corporate Business Platforms team is looking for a Domain Delivery Lead to manage IT portfolio and platforms supporting various corporate functions, including DEI, legal, real estate, general services, communications, etc. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple existing applications and new projects, including ensuring a successful kickoff, requirements gathering and documenting, collaboration with technical teams to develop implementation plans, timely delivery within the budget, and setting and managing stakeholder expectations. You will have key accountability for risk management, problem resolution and customer satisfaction. This position will report directly to the Vice President, Head of Corporate Business Platforms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the existing portfolio of applications supporting Corporate functions, support Business stakeholders and ensure application availability and stability
- Lead new projects and initiatives through the entire lifecycle, from gathering and documenting the requirements to managing schedule, resources and timeline through implementation, UAT and rollout
- Follow Agile methodology; ensure continuous prioritization is in place
- Maintain and enhance L’Oreal IT Project Management standards, processes & tools
- Take ownership of the Application Portfolio Management (APM) for the respective domain
- Build and maintain relationships across the L’Oreal Americas, with both Business and IT counterparts and external partners
- Lead or participate in vendor selection and contract negotiation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in IT, 5+ years of experience leading multiple IT projects/project portfolio
- Track record of delivering highly visible projects on time and on budget
- Ability to interact with various levels within organization
- Self-starter; team player with a high level of initiative
- Ability to work independently under little supervision in a demanding client centric environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to relate technical details in business friendly format
- Proficiency working with Project Management and Issue Tracking tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- CSM certification is a plus
- Experience working in a Global organization preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish / Portuguese / French is a plus
