KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To co-define & drive, in partnership with the Divisions and under the leadership of the One e-Com Multi-division Lead, an ECOM 3Y vision & strategy for the acceleration of L’Oréal SPAIN PORTUGAL in Amazon and marketplaces (Miravia and new to come). To identify future growth opportunities by subchannel, customer, consumer & category (esp. skincare) and to propose strategies based upon these insights. And to frame, coordinate & at times challenge the Divisions to ensure consistency in strategy  direction & strength of ambition. 
  • Accountable for the turnover, market share and profitability of Amazon and Marketplaces at multi-divisional level. 
  • Responsible for upskilling the teams on Amazon Tech, fostering a data-driven mindset with regards to this customer (tech platform) to accelerate growth. 
  • To build winning relationships, at the appropriate senior level, with key multi-Divisional marketplaces and Amazon, being the single point of contact at a Group level to negotiate multi-Divisional subjects: Top 2 Top (total beauty ambition), data (retail and consumer),  Services / Beauty Tech, multidiv and category events, Supply Chain, Sustainability, etc.
  • To negotiate value for money agreements thar secure retail/consumer data from key multi-divisional e-com customers (PP/3P) to build the most accurate & complete picture of the market/ activate via re-targeting & CRM. 
  • Provide a single frame for transparency on Trading Terms and lead the direction on those trading terms for ONE LOPE, rebalancing towards conditional growth investments and strategic priorities. Unleash One e-com LOPE potential: boost multi-division events, services and activities
  • Accelerate on multi-division projects, deblock and coordinate LOPE position or response on multi-division subjects (i.e., alignment on trading terms, Amazon Tech…)
  • Ensuring an environmentally sustainable e.com model in line with L4TF
  • Inspire and animate One e-com LOPE activation team (e-kams (e- business developers en LL), e-merch & eventing, e-trades…)
  • Sponsoring the upskilling of the e-com wider organization and business stakeholders with regards to Amazon and Marketplaces.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • At least three years managing 1p/3p business in marketplaces in the Iberian market;
  • It’s a must have experience working in marketplaces such as Amazon, Miravia, Veepe, or other marketplaces such as Carrefour.
  • Experience in a specialized agency or directly in brands or manufacturers. - That you enjoy working with data and analyzing it. And you need an advanced level
  • Experience in shop in shop models will be a plus.
  • Fluent English level. Other languages will be a plus.
