In the department of Advanced Research, we are looking for a Management Assistant Apprentice. The objective of this position is to work closely with the department's executive assistant and scientific events manager.

As a Management assistant apprentice, your main responsibilities are : 
  • Assist the Executive Assistant in her daily tasks: diary management, travel arrangements, document preparation, etc.
  • Help coordinate meetings and prepare presentation materials.
  • Contribute to the administrative management of the department (archiving, mail management, etc.).
  • Support the person in charge of scientific events in the logistical and administrative organization of events (conferences, Science Café, lab visits, etc.).
  • Help with the department's internal and external communications, in collaboration with the events manager.
  • Participate in various administrative and organizational projects as required.

To succeed in this position, you have : 
  • A first experience as an assistant (internship, summer job) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You are preparing a Bac +2/3 diploma in executiveassistant, administrative management, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English is an asset. Fluency in anotherlanguage is a plus.

  • Discreet and able to handle confidential information.
  • Reactive and able to manage priorities.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Interested in the world of beauty and research.
