Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

1°/ After applying to the offer by filling in your CV information

2°/ If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (individual one). The recruiter you will meet with will be getting to know you better, understand who you are and what are your professional aspirations.

3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP! If you are successful, then you will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager.

ADVOCACY SENIOR COORDINATOR

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop an advocacy plan and actions to leverage our core brand advocates

 

- Managing Public Relations: local spokesperson, ambassadors

 

- Create tools and lead actions to develop relations with our national opinion leaders: celebrities

 

- Provide communication tools (press release etc.) and guidelines to countries and make sure of their implementation

 

- Organize major brand events and/or launches and build eventing plan

 

- Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy

- Contribute to thinking on the communication plan

- Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, events

- Contribute to Managing internal communication for the Brand

- Promote brand launches and events internally

 

Must Have Aspects

 

. Minimum 5-year experience in PR related job/company such as Ad agency, experiencing in beauty,fashion, jewelry brands (International companies)

 

. If not, then it will depend on the personality and communication ability to fit to PR job

 

. Excellent interpersonal skill, editorial communication skill, presentation skill in English

 

. Project management skill (strong planning and execution skill)

 

. Think out of box type

 

. Data oriented

 

. English
