Hybrid Work requirement(3 days/week onsite)
Salary Range: $145,300- $207,000 + Bonus
POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for planning 3 year growth programs to win share and grow faster than the market in specific retailers. Responsible for the retails, sell-in, net sales and customer contribution for the retailer. Track and increase sales fundamentals for both brick and mortar and online sales. Develop and execute retailer-specific strategies and opportunities to provide growth to increase distribution, display, price, promotion, shelving, traffic, and conversion in line with Urban Decay guidelines. The AVP of National Accounts will recruit, hire, and develop direct reports in e-commerce and account sales employees to grow the accounts while continuing to develop a constructive relationship with the retailers. The expectation is that the AVP of National Accounts will spend 25% of their time traveling to meetings with their buying office teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Growth strategy and 3 year JBP planning
- Develop track and lead growth strategy for account for brick and mortar and online sales
- Lead business review, budgeting and trend process with team
- Forecast and track weekly POS sales with support of team
- Forecast retails, shipments and net sales on the month, quarter and year and customer PNL
- Develop and excellent relationship with the retailers and work with retailers to grow sales fundamentals and lead bi-annual market and strategy meetings.
- Lead by example with cross-functional partners within Urban Decay and Luxury division centers of excellence.
- Hire, develop and train 2 sales professionals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree and minimum of 5+ years experience in cosmetic or retail management
- Self motivated, results oriented, creative thinker
- Ability to establish strong working relationship with buying group
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Analytical in approach to identifying opportunities
- Must effectively monitor, analyze, interpret and communication business information
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to establish strong working relationship with buying groups
- Proficient computer skills necessary – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and more)
