Section 2:  Job Summary:

Responsible for:

-  Executing Global Education strategies and plans for the IT Cosmetics Skincare category.
-  Developing training materials and tools while ensuring content is relevant and supports brand objectives (i.e. product launches, digital education, channel development strategy, sales technique, product positioning, etc..).

-  Managing education strategy for new product launches by developing all new product curriculum to support training tools, digital platforms, etc.. as well as programs for launch support and leading product expertise in all levels of curriculum.

-  Supporting marketing initiatives in all forms of education as necessary.

-  Partner with the Education Expert Pole on the coordination of all global training seminars for the Skincare category.

-  Developing innovative curriculum for key international markets by partnering with global marketing, go-to-market, and digital – including creating all aspects of curriculum including education outlines, training passports, presentations and videos.

- Successfully partner and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.

Section 3:  Job Requirements:

- 7+ years in Global Education

- Extensive experience with the Skincare category

- Innovative and connected with all things in the skincare world

- Proven track record in developing educational program content

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Excellent writing skills
- Must be willing to travel as required
