* Key Account Manager Assistant :

Being a Key Account Manager Assistant means being at the forefront of negotiations with our clients. You will be at the heart of our brands' business news, within a team responsible for negotiating commercial agreements with our clients and building our brands' commercial strategy. You will be in charge of preparing client meetings and central to the discussions around upcoming negotiations. You will participate in the analysis of the product mix, promotions, sales, etc., in order to make the best recommendations. Your analytical skills and negotiation sense will allow you to have a real impact in a team constantly seeking better sales results !


* Category Leader Assistant :

As a Category Leader Assistant, you will become an expert in a product category (skincare, hair care and styling, makeup, fragrance, hygiene) by:

- Establishing merchandising diagnostics for dedicated categories using various analysis tools (panels)

- Building new merchandising plans in line with the commercial strategy you develop

- Monitoring our performance indicators by category and making recommendations based on the conclusions


* Business Analyst :

If you have strong analytical skills and enjoy understanding figures to make the best recommendations, this mission is for you! You will have a real impact on the optimization and monitoring of our sales results, and you will become an expert in the cosmetics industry and its evolution. Among other things, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring our key performance indicators (turnover, market share, profitability of different categories, etc.)
  • Analyzing the market and following global quantified trends using various panels and tools
  • Making relevant recommendations following your analyses and presenting them to the different departments involved (launches, promotions, etc.)


* Sales Representative / Area Manager (on the field) :

If you have a strong commercial sense and the desire to experience fieldwork, being a Makeup Category Expert means being responsible for sales development and the implementation of the commercial strategy for makeup brands in a specific geographic area: Leading sales teams and negotiating with distributors to ensure product visibility.

Your profile: 

You are a student 

  • With a master’s degree in Engineering or Business School / University. 
  • Looking for a one-year apprenticeship. 
  • Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement for 12 months by your school.
  • Fluent in English or French.

Our recruitment process:

A 30-minute interview with a recruiter will allow you to present your personality and explore the opportunities that match your profile. 

If this interview is successful, you will then meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview, between 45 minutes and 1 hour, to discuss the missions.
