The Instrumental and clinical Evaluation department is a specialized team focused on objective testing of innovative products in development by L’Oreal laboratories. The evaluation process goes from early stage screening test to the production of scientific evidence for product communication recognized by authorities. The team is definitively oriented toward Innovation, and committed to stay at the forefront of clinical and instrumental trial.
The Clinical claim planner is responsible for producing scientific evidence of the cosmetic product efficacy through the establishment of Clinical trials to sustainable communication claims.
Job responsibilities :
- Propose tests, protocols and methods to answer Skincare and Make up Claim project objectives.
- Organize, supervise, conduct tests and ensure compliance with protocols along with the reliability and traceability of data
- Analyze, summarize and validate results, write and distribute reports and international comparative studies
- Propose protocol and process improvement
- Develop and train the network of service providers/external and new technicians
- Update databases and reference systems
- Ensure clear and steady communication is done with N+1 and Lab on advancement and results of different studies, as well as with Product Performance Manager.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant working experience in cosmetics or clinical trials
- Excellent interpersonal skills and technical communication (written/oral) required
- Proficient in Japanese and English at business level.
- Excellent organizational skills to track and report overall studies conducted.
- Experience in processing data and statistical analysis required
- Experience with experimental lab work is a plus
