At L’Oréal, we are seeking a passionate and creative Online Brand Manager to join our Consumer Products Division. You will be obsessed with the digital environment and the opportunities that the online world can give our brands. In this role, you will place consumer insights at the heart of the marketing to develop new initiatives focused on improving online consumer journey/experience and driving online purchases.

What are the key highlights of this role?

Brand digital strategy

  • Roll out the brand’s digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand sense of purpose and alignment across brand online campaigns, SM, and websites.
  • Proposing shopper-centric online account strategies and initiatives to drive online brand sales, as well as offline purchases.
  • Develop and manage online brand/product campaigns ensuring their brand consistency 
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to develop a creative strategy to engages with the audience and achieve brand targets.
  • Work with the Social Community Manager to develop innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience for online touchpoints.
  • Support the e-commerce activation strategy for the category and identify e-commerce opportunities.
  • Achieve brand targets through differentiated shopper-centric online account strategies.
  • Drive the success of the online consumer journey from start to end.
  • Ensure eCommerce effectiveness along with seamless online shopping experience for the total brand, and key new products.
  • Support the digital / eCommerce transformation within the Consumer Products Division.

Digital campaigns optimization

  • Leverage data to provide strategic and tactical insights to the business and to build the right digital media strategies.
  • Strategize Ratings & Reviews approach (incl. e-retailers).
  • Drive the Paid Media budget allocation strategy based on a strong data-driven approach, setting and monitoring a strong series of KPIs (e.g. CPCV, CAC, CPT, etc.), accordingly with a full-funnel approach.
  • Act as a media efficiency leader and partner with media buying agency aiming at performance excellence and clarity of planning & reporting.
  • Liaise with media buying agencies to provide solid bottom-up modeled traffic forecasts for each channel.
  • Review and understanding Search insights (SEO/PPC) and share learnings with the wider brand team.
  • Deep dive into audience strategies across all the digital platforms and channels to achieve and penetrate the right target.
  • Leverage all innovations to bring new customers and to be a leader into the digital market.

You are the perfect match if you...

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role within an agency/media house or in-house.
  • Have proven track of e-com transformation within FMCG companies.
  • Gained great knowledge of eCommerce, and digital media. analytics/metrics. Knowledge of paid media native platforms such as Facebook & Google.
  • Developed practical experience in managing cooperation with media houses/agencies/stakeholders.
  • Possess great leadership ability and natural ways of inspiring others
  • Are action-oriented, entrepreneurial, and with a constant drive for results.
  • Have great communication skills – ease in establishing networks.
  • Are fluent in English and Italian.
  • Eligible to work in Italy/EU without sponsorship.
