The Trade Activation Manager Online is responsible for the translation of the overarching Brand Marketing Plan for each key eRetailer based on their positioning, value proposition and online consumer experience in general - as well as based on the strategic outlook and plan of the eRetailer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

       Develop and execute the local eTrade marketing strategy for each key eRetailer to develop the brand’s online presence

       Focusing on achieving eCommerce sell-out excellence (Sell-Out & Market Share targets) for key eRetailers

       Place consumer insights and eCommerce trends at the heart of the marketing activities to create a seamless 360 customer experience online, liaising with the Offline Trade Activation Manager on a O&O approach

       Responsible for the eMerchandising of eRetailers and product/brand execution (incl. R&R and SEO)

       Actively collaborating with eKAMs in order to maximize go-to-market opportunities and leverage any new eCommerce level that may tactically arise (eCRM, Digital Media with eRetailers…)

       Establishing a long-term strategic relationship with eRetailers by collaborating in the definition of eJBPs

       Responsible for authorizing the launch of new eRetailers and continuously improve the brand online consumer journey/ path to purchase on Key eRetailers (PDP, internal search, brand pages, …)

       Defining, influencing & monitoring the eTrade Budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy by eRetailer with Commercial Team and with the Brand Activation Manager

       Undertaking online competition review.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

       Experience in trade marketing, with a good understanding of the dynamics of the digital channel

       In-depth knowledge of marketing and digital analysis

       Commercial and Planning skills
