Regional Education Manager Kérastase
  • In charge of the brand Education Strategy especially on Top Opportunities
  • Education Experts coaching incl. respect of brand DNA on the field
Education strategy:
  • Defines brand annual education plan, in line with multibrand education strategy and brand annual plan, using all the education levers (in-salon training, seminars, Access, events…)
  • On top opportunities
  • On basics & catalogue
  • Defines country KPIs based on DMI guidelines (incl ROE) and tracks education performance
  • Defines training / seminar content based on DMI content and local needs
  • Receives and adapts/translates education contents from DMI to execute them
  • Owns Brand’s Education budget and allocation of Education Experts
  • Fully participates in all brand projects to guarantee customer centricity (voice of the hairdresser) and technical expertise
Education Experts coaching:
  • Transmits education content to Education Experts
  • Coaches Education Experts and is in charge of their upskilling and ability to reflect brand DNA
  • Allocates Education Experts to seminars/ in-salon training based on annual education plan, in coordination with Commercial Directors
Key accounts &omni-channel:
  • Provides individual training concepts for national key account customers in GCC, in coordination with Multibrand Education managers
  • Ensure to develop customized training concepts to brand omni-channel distribution in the GCC and responsible for the training implementations to BA’s on regular basis through physical visits and travels 
Team collaboration:
  • Participates in induction of new hires
  • Shares experience and best practices with Tribe members (Multibrand Education Director and other Education Brand Managers)
  • Build, develop and manage your team, in line with L'Oréal simplicity values. Promoting a working environment of cooperation, entrepreneurship, engagement and enablement.
  • Integrates sustainability and business ethics in all decision making, and influences teams in that direction
  • Fully manage special brand educational programs and communities with customized trainings, digital acceleration, and local content creation.
  • Deep knowledge of the brand’s products and services and knows how to present and transmit them to brand customers 
  • Expertise on Kérastase (Preferred): masters brand identity and knows value proposition
  • Have technical expertise or hairdresser experience (preferred)
  • Collaboration and team-work skills, to develop the best tailor-made education strategy and business development plan for the customer
  • Strong brand identity and value proposition knowledge
  • Fundamental knowledge of brand’s products and services
  • Ability to operationalize brand’s strategy on education, in line with multibrand education strategy
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Digital savviness, ability to leverage e-learning to maximize education reach
  • Experience in team management and collaboration
  • Flexibility to travel within GCC and Levant countries when needed to provide customized trainings
