12 - month Apprenticeship | Employee Experience – Beauty TechFrom September 2022 to September 2023 | Paris area | Master 1 or 2

L’équipe Employee Experience représente la voix des collaborateurs pour les sujets tech du Groupe L’Oréal. Notre rôle est de comprendre leurs habitudes de travail et de concevoir des expériences leur permettant d’améliorer leur productivité individuelle, leur collaboration et leur expérience sur site.


Vous assisterez la responsable Employee Experience dans :

  • L'élaboration de la stratégie de conduite du changement pour les projets liés à l’adoption des solutions digitales du Groupe (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Klaxoon...) - définition de personae, cartographie d’expérience utilisateurs...
  • La création et la mise à jour de contenus pédagogiques et promotionnels pour nos collaborateurs en français et en anglais (infographie, vidéos tutos, guides utilisateurs, emails...).
  • La coordination du déploiement des projets avec nos relais Employee Experience répartis dans le monde entier.
  • L’animation des sessions de formations d’équipe afin d’améliorer l’adoption des solutions.
  • La gestion de la plateforme de learning du Groupe pour mettre à disposition les contenus et formations proposés.
  • L’évaluation de l’efficacité et la satisfaction utilisateur pour chacun des projets au travers de KPIs : taux d’utilisation, nombre d’utilisateurs, satisfaction (NPS), …

YOU ARE…

  • A Master student - No margin for negotiation on this one! Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement of 12 months issued by your school - no negotiation either!
  • Fluent French and English Speaker , a third language is a plus
  • Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Powtoon...) and graphic design software (Photoshop, Canva...) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking is a plus
  • Open-minded and curious, you have an attraction for new technologies and new ways of working
  • You like human contact, are customer-oriented and have good listening skills
  •  You have excellent communication skills and are creative
  • You take initiatives and you are a force of proposal
  • You have a good team spirit 
  • You are rigorous and detail-oriented


WHAT DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

1°/ Our recruitment team will review all the applications - And If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview with Emilie or Sebastien.

2°/ Finally, you will get a Business Interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will help you prepare for this final interview!
