Support the Corporate Affairs & Engagement department in protecting and developing L’Oréal’s reputation by providing the best learning experience for our employees to develop their skills.
What you will learn:
Below you will find examples of different types of Learner Marketing tasks that can be found during this apprenticeship – please note that it is also up to you to give your missions your own personal touch!
1/ Communication & Learning Design
Co-creates Communication/Learner Marketing strategies
Designs and develops communication assets
Manages the roll-out of Learner activation strategies and projects
Creates Content Curations for Digital Learning platforms
Updates regularly intranet websites & reference documents
Supports the facilitation specific in-house trainings (Webinars, MasterClasses, Train the Trainer, workshops…)
2/ Data & Digital HR tools
Ensures the Data & KPI cruncher tasks to monitor performance of learning projects
Integrates Learning Items in HR/Learning systems.
Requirements:
Interest in Learning and Corporate Affairs & Engagement
Good Project Manager
Familiarity with digital visual creation tools (such as Adobe Suite, Canva,…).
Comfortable with IT Tools
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques to develop Learning assets.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Data-driven mindset
Must be able to multitask
Fluent in English. Speaking French is a +.
