Management Trainee Program

Our Management Trainee program will be useful for you if you have graduated in the last two years (including those in their final year). With ongoing training and rotations around the business, you'll join the MT Community in being some of the brightest leaders for the future of our business.

Apprenticeship

If you don't have a degree and want to learn more, then we're really open! Our Apprenticeship program gives all the benefits of a career in the world's biggest beauty company along with study options at the same time. Through an apprenticeship, you'll still benefit from training, paid education and plenty of future opportunities in the business when you finish.

All the information you need to know

Management Trainee Program

The program lasts 18 months (3 x 6-month rotations), in one of Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or Commercial. Make sure you apply around October to be considered! Salaries are £30,000 per annum.

Apprenticeship

It takes 18 months to get an NVQ or 3 years to obtain a degree where you'll learn in one of our core functions. You'll need to apply through our partners (Pearson Business School and WhiteHat) to be considered; check out their sites for more details. The salary is £18,000 per annum (with annual increases).  But don't worry, we pay for your education as well!
