What makes this team different
Real influence: play a leading role in bringing the group’s sense of purpose to life and driving positive change.
Champion diversity: you’ll be part of a community where different backgrounds and viewpoints are the actual engine of our work, not just a talking point.
Creative autonomy: we expect you to test new formats and reinvent how we connect with our audiences. You’ll have the space to test and learn.
Senior stakeholder access: CA&E is one of the most transversal and connected functions in the group. Here, you’ll be exchanging with senior senior stakeholders from Day One.
Turning responsibility into action
If you care about Corporate Social Responsibility, this is where you’ll get to make a change. In Corporate Affairs & Engagement, we translate the L’Oréal Groupe's CSR commitments into tangible actions.
We work hand-in-hand with CSR teams to design, launch, and amplify initiatives that make a meaningful difference. Here is what that looks like in practice:
Driving environmental action: In 2026, we launched the Join the Refill Movement. As our first group-wide corporate campaign, it united 18 iconic brands to change the conversation around packaging and make refills the effortless choice for consumers.
Amplifying social causes: We help our brands build and scale their social impact programmes around the world. This includes driving global awareness for initiatives like L’Oréal Paris’ Stand Up campaign to fight street harassment, and Armani’s Acqua for Life.

Clarity matters. Perspective matters. And so does commercial awareness. The strongest candidates connect reputation to brands, culture and business reality. They understand how a brand shows up in culture, spot risks early, recognise opportunities quickly and aren’t afraid to take a clear, informed point of view.
-
Critical. Corporate Affairs is not separate from the brands, it amplifies and protects them. You need to show you understand how brands show up in culture, how content shapes perception, and how fast things move (social listening, trends, cultural shifts). If you’re disconnected from that, it shows immediately.
-
Grounded and action-oriented. This is a function close to the business, you need to be practical, understand market realities, and move from insight to action quickly. We’re looking for people who can navigate complexity but stay concrete and relevant.
-
Your ability to take a position. Many candidates are good, few are decisive. If you can analyse a situation, make a call, and explain your reasoning clearly, you’ll stand out.…
