We’re proud to run our L’Oréal SeedZ Management Trainee Programme in more than 40 countries. While the programme is mainly local and focused on rotations within one market, some countries do offer international assignments for selected roles. And of course, you can apply for L’Oréal SeedZ in any country where we operate.

Both roles are designed to grow future leaders, but they work in slightly different ways:
- L’Oréal SeedZ is a rotation-based programme where you’ll complete at least three strategic rotations within the same market, building a broad understanding of L’Oréal Groupe from multiple perspectives. From day one, you’ll join as a permanent, full-time team member.
- VIE roles, created in partnership with Business France, offer an international experience: a single assignment abroad (12–24 months) where you’ll build strong expertise in one specific role.
