Getting a great start at L’Oréal
Everything you need to start strong
Starting a new role can feel like a lot, so we’re here to make your first months at L’Oréal as smooth and supported as possible. From day one, you’ll be part of a global team of over 95,000 people across more than 165 nationalities.
As you settle in, you’ll build connections with people who’ll support you, challenge you and help you grow. These are the people you’ll turn to as you find your feet and get comfortable in your role. If you have any questions before you start, your hiring manager is there to help.
What happens
before your first day
Once you’ve accepted your offer, we’ll start getting everything ready for you. Before your first day, your manager will get in touch to welcome you, confirm your start date and answer any questions. You’ll also receive a welcome pack with all the information you’ll need for your first week. Our IT team will also set up your equipment and accounts, so your work tools are ready when you arrive.

Got questions? We have the answers
-
“Fast-paced”, “entrepreneurial” and “creative” are the words we hear most often. We dream big, but we’re also hands-on and ready to make things happen. Whether things go to plan or not, every experience is a chance to learn, grow and move forward.
-
With teams across the world, there’s no single dress code. Be yourself and dress in a way that makes you feel confident, comfortable and ready to do your best work.
-
We have a networking culture, and it’s common to grab a coffee with senior leaders. We value expertise over hierarchy, so don't be afraid to share your perspective. Innovation can come from anywhere, regardless of your job level.
-
We focus on results rather than "clock watching." While we have core collaboration hours to ensure teams can work together, we trust our employees to manage their energy and output responsibly.
At L’Oréal, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion isn’t a trend. It’s been in our culture for over 20 years.
We’re looking for your unique personality, not just a CV. We value what makes you you. Why? Because we’re convinced that true inclusion is the spark for innovation and ambition. Proud to be an equal opportunity employer, we guarantee a recruitment process free from discrimination. Total respect for your journey (gender, orientation, disabilities, background, age or religion): we see your talent first!
