First of all, what is our Share & Care Programme?

Since 2013, Share & Care has set a minimum global standard for employee protection and wellbeing at L’Oréal Groupe. It’s a comprehensive benefits programme designed to support you at every moment that matters, wherever you are in the world, often going beyond local legal requirements. The programme has evolved throughout the years to cater to social evolution and employees’ needs, strengthening our preventive approach to continue offering the best benefits.

Protection: The unexpected does happen from time to time. At L’Oréal, we'll support you and your family with financial protection from life insurance to disability cover, helping you navigate challenging times with greater serenity.

Health: Our commitment to your well-being is built on a holistic approach that integrates physical, mental, and emotional health. We provide resources for preventive measures like medical check-ups and free mental health support through Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP). We reimburse major medical expenses, and also offer dedicated assistance for serious illnesses, including cancer and domestic violence.

Balance: We'll give you time and flexibility to help you better manage your personal and professional life, with for example remote working, generous parental leave and support for caregivers when you need it.

Workplace: We promote inclusion, social relation, collaboration and creativity. As an example, we ensure our offices are easy to reach using eco-friendly transport and accessible to people with disabilities. You'll also find, healthy food options at our subsidised canteens.
