A Day in the Life Als SeedZ Management Trainee im Track Finance rotierst Du für jeweils 6 Monate divisionsübergreifend durch zwei unserer Schlüsselfunktionen im Finanzbereich. Du berichtest an erfahrene Manager*innen und profitierst von einem Buddy-Programm sowie kontinuierlichem Feedback. Nach 1 Jahr landest du in deiner Festposition.

  • Business Controlling: Du steuerst Marketing- & Digitalbudgets und optimierst die P&L-Performance unserer Marken.
  • Financial Planning (FP&A): Du analysierst Performance-Kennzahlen, erstellst Forecasts und bereitest datenbasierte Entscheidungsvorlagen vor.
  • Fintech & Digitalisierung: Du treibst die Transformation unserer Finanzprozesse durch moderne Tools (wie Power BI) voran.

We Are Looking For

  • Masterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling sowie relevante Praxiserfahrung im Finanzwesen.
  • Analytische Stärke & Datenaffinität sowie Agilität & schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Unternehmertum & Macher-Mentalität sowie kollaborativer Teamgeist für cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit.
  • Ausgeprägter Wille zu kontinuierlichem Lernen und persönlichem Wachstum.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.
