What is L'Oréal seedZ?

L’Oréal seedZ encourages you to take ownership of challenging projects, directly contributing to L'Oréal's ambitious goals.

Through diverse rotations every 3 to 6 months across L'Oréal's brands and functions, you'll build a strong foundation for a successful career, gaining up to 18 months of hands-on experience depending on the location.

The application process typically involves two rounds of interviews: the first with Talent Acquisition, followed by interviews with business and/or HR representatives. Some markets may incorporate a third round, including a case study. You can expect to receive feedback within one month of starting the application process.
