Job Summary
The Director – Environmental,

across L’Oréal’s Franklin manufacturing operation, reporting directly to the
Plant Manager. The role establishes site priorities, advises operational
leadership on significant risks and drives accountability for the protection of
people, the environment, facilities and company assets.
Franklin operates 24/7
across approximately 310,000 ft² and produces ~ 240 million units (budget 2026).
The site population comprises approximately 580 people: 318 employees, 86
