O time de Operações conta com 21 mil colaboradores e está na linha de frente da construção de uma beleza sustentável junto com nossos parceiros de negócios. Sua missão é desenvolver, desenhar, pesquisar, fabricar e entregar produtos e serviços para o mundo todo.
Missão da posição
Coordenar o fluxo de lançamentos de ponta a ponta, conectando Negócio e Operações para antecipar decisões, alinhar premissas e dar visibilidade a riscos e oportunidades ao longo do ciclo.
Principais atividades
- Coordenar lançamentos do kick-off e sizing inicial ao acompanhamento de performance e post-mortem.
- Consolidar estimativas de demanda com Marketing, Comercial, Trade, Supply e demais áreas envolvidas.
- Conectar Demand Planning, Supply Planning, fábricas, fornecedores e Operações, avaliando impactos na cadeia.
- Acompanhar indicadores, alertas e gatilhos para apoiar decisões rápidas.
- Conduzir revisões pós-lançamento e transformar aprendizados em melhorias.
- Fortalecer a governança, os papéis e as responsabilidades do processo.
Conhecimentos e competências
- Experiência em S&OP e planejamento integrado da cadeia de suprimentos.
- Conhecimento de previsão de demanda, lead times, cobertura e riscos de ruptura ou excesso de estoque.
- Capacidade de coordenar stakeholders e processos transversais.
- Habilidade para analisar dados, indicadores e cenários e apoiar decisões.
- Influência, comunicação e colaboração para alinhar áreas e mobilizar stakeholders.
- Visão sistêmica, antecipação de riscos, organização e foco em resultados.
- Adaptabilidade e habilidade para resolver problemas em cenários dinâmicos.
- Inglês desejável, especialmente para interação com stakeholders internacionais.
