A Day in the Life
You will join our BEST Business Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur, contributing directly to delivery excellence across financial operations while reporting to our BEST Finance Team Lead. This rotational program immerses you in end-to-end accounting processes, continuous improvement, and regional financial reporting. Key milestones: Assessment Centre takes place on 12 November 2026 (09:00–12:00), with official intake on 1 February 2027.
• Support the month-end closing cycle by preparing accurate balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Participate in streamlining shared service workflows across purchase-to-pay and record-to-report streams to reduce process turnaround times.
• Contribute to financial reporting packages and variance analyses shared with regional and market stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities within core accounting systems.
We Are Looking For
Open for fresh graduates and individuals with maximum 2 years of work experience. You bring an analytical mindset and a proactive desire to build foundational expertise in shared services finance. You bring:
• Accounting and Consolidation: Fundamental grasp of general ledger accounting principles and statutory reporting standards.
• Finance Systems and Tools Management: Comfort exploring enterprise ERP platforms and financial data tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Capability to review established workflows and suggest pragmatic process optimisations.
• Problem Solving: Resourceful approach to reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies, and resolving root causes.
• Adapted Communication: Professional working proficiency in English with the ability to share financial insights clearly across multicultural teams.
