E-Commerce Manager LDB KSA
Jeddah, Mecca Region, Saudi Arabia
The E-Commerce Account Manager owns the commercial strategy, customer P&L, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and end-to-end commercial execution for dedicated digital accounts (e.g., Amazon KSA, Noon, and omnichannel pure-play / quick-commerce extensions of key pharmacy players like Nahdi Online / Al-Dawaa Online).
The role shifts the profile away from administrative coordination and manual content chasing toward strategic commercial partnership, fact-based negotiations, algorithmic growth, and OxO synergy.
2. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
A. Strategic Account Planning & Joint Business Planning (JBP)
- Annual & Multi-Year Strategy: Define and lead the long-term customer account plan aligned with LDB division priorities and customer digital growth potential.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead annual and in-year commercial negotiations (margins, payment terms, co-investment, rebates, and platform commercial fees) adhering to Group SPEED and RGM guidelines.
- Tailored Trade Story: Build a category-grounded digital commercial narrative for each account, integrating LDB shopper insights, dermo-cosmetics basket dynamics, and platform algorithms.
- KSA Multi-Div / Zone Alignment: For pan-regional platforms (e.g., Amazon MENA), coordinate closely with the Zone Division lead and Country Multi-Divisional teams to leverage group-level negotiating power while defending LDB-specific brand equity and commercial conditions
B. Customer P&L Ownership & Growth Delivery
- Top & Bottom Line Accountability: Own the account P&L, delivering on Net Sales Value (NSV), Gross Margin, and Sell-In / Sell-Out (SI/SO) targets.
- Promo & Trade Terms Execution: Steer promotional intensity, mechanics, and discount corridors in strict compliance with RGM golden rules to prevent price erosion and cross-channel conflict with physical pharmacies.
- Retail Media & A&P Efficiency: Co-steer Retail Media budgets and performance marketing campaigns alongside the CDMO Retail Media team to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and customer acquisition cost.
C. Demand Planning, Forecasting & Supply Integration
- Forecasting Accuracy: Build dynamic, rolling sales forecasts and demand plans fueled by traffic trends, promotional uplift, seasonality (e.g., Ramadan, White Friday), and past sell-out patterns.
- Order Flow & Stock Health: Monitor inventory levels, out-of-stock (OOS) rates, order fill rates, and supply lead times; resolve operational bottlenecks with Supply Chain to maintain high product availability on key ASINs/SKUs.
- Product Mix & Availability: Prioritize core dermo-cosmetics hero SKUs and launch innovations in line with category growth platforms.
D. Digital Shelf Oversight & OxO Activation Collaboration
- Squad Coordination: Lead the Market Pure Player Squad, coordinating weekly and monthly alignment touchpoints with cross-functional partners
- Content & Activation Bridge: Partner directly with the E-Activation Specialist to ensure all digital shelf requirements (PDP, A+ content, brand stores, SEO/search optimization, ratings & reviews) are executed on time and comply with brand guidelines.
- Online x Offline Coherence: Coordinate with physical-store OxO KAMs to ensure promotional calendars, hero launches, and pricing corridors remain consistent between brick-and-mortar pharmacies and online platforms.
E. Account Governance & Operational Rigor
- Contractual Governance: Maintain and audit all formal trade agreements, contract amendments, master data sheets, and vendor terms.
- Performance Dashboards: Review weekly/monthly Scorecards (traffic, conversion rates, basket size, share of voice, sell-out ranking) and trigger immediate corrective action plans where targets deviate.
