YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague who will be a part of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division and have a chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Supply Planner requires motivated, agile and organized person, who will be responsible for:
YOUR ROLE:
- Building stock based on validated sales forecasts, supply/procurement parameters and co-packing plan.
- Determining the stock and supply parameters according to the objectives of service rate and global targeted stock.
- Decreasing shortages by analyzing causes, defining internal action plans and challenging suppliers about the availability dates for products which are out of stock.
- Defining and tracking the key performance indicators (out-of-stock, service rate, stock) and communicating them internally and to S&OP.
- Managing the replenishment process and anticipating shortage risks by communicating priorities to the S&OP.
- Analyzing obsoletes and slow movers, defining and implementing action plans.
- Participating in the best practices improvements, acting as a key user for projects related to local and international improvements.
- Being responsible for the catalogue database management according to local and international catalogue.
- Monitoring stock affected by regulations with regular follow-ups.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or Mater’s Degree
- Has up to 2-5 years of previous work experience
- Has good communication and collaboration skills
- Has excellent analytical skills and is a problem-solver
- Has a proactive approach and is detail-oriented
- Is skilled in MS Office
- Is fluent in Croatian and English language
